1. Acceptance of Terms

By using talent-cluster.com or booking a service with Talent Cluster, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Talent Cluster provides AI setup and integration services. The service may include:

installing or configuring AI tools on your computer or team environment
connecting tools you already use, such as email, calendar, documents, code repositories, hosting, databases, or automation platforms
helping you choose between hosted AI and local AI options
creating one practical workflow for your daily work
writing short setup notes so you can reuse and maintain the configuration

Talent Cluster is a setup and integration service. It is not a managed IT provider, law firm, accounting firm, cybersecurity auditor, data protection officer, or guaranteed business outcome service.

3. Risk Avoidance Principle

The operating principle of the service is to avoid unnecessary risk.

This means:

do not share secrets unless they are strictly needed for the setup
prefer official login, OAuth, password manager, or environment variable flows instead of copying credentials into chat or documents
keep accounts, API keys, files, source code, business data, and customer data under your ownership and control
test integrations with the smallest useful action before expanding access
avoid storing raw private data, secrets, or client files in Talent Cluster repositories
stop or redesign a workflow if it creates avoidable privacy, security, legal, financial, or operational risk

Talent Cluster may decline or stop work that appears unsafe, illegal, abusive, misleading, or likely to expose sensitive data unnecessarily.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

deciding which accounts, files, tools, and data may be used during setup
making sure you have permission to connect each account or service
entering passwords, API keys, and other credentials yourself where possible
reviewing AI outputs before using, sending, publishing, or relying on them
keeping backups of important files and configurations
complying with laws, contracts, workplace policies, privacy duties, and vendor terms that apply to your business

You should not use the service for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, employment, credit, housing, insurance, or other high-impact decisions without qualified professional review.

5. AI and Automation Limits

AI tools can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, insecurely configured, or unsuitable for a specific use case. Local models can fail, be slow, reject tool calls, or produce poor answers depending on hardware and configuration. Hosted models and connected services are controlled by their providers.

Talent Cluster does not guarantee that:

any AI answer is correct
any model will work on your hardware
any connector or third-party service will remain available
any workflow will be error-free or uninterrupted
any setup will meet a specific compliance or security standard

6. Access, Secrets, and Client Data

If remote or in-person access is needed, you should stay present and supervise the session unless we agree otherwise.

Talent Cluster aims to avoid taking possession of secrets. If a secret must be handled for a specific setup task, it should be rotated or revoked after the work when practical. Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, recovery codes, or confidential datasets through insecure channels.

7. Payment Terms

Fees, scope, and timing are agreed before paid work starts. Payment may be requested in advance or after an agreed milestone. Stripe or another payment provider may process payments and issue receipts or invoices.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, paid setup work is billed for time and effort, not for a guaranteed business result.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Talent Cluster services to:

break into systems or bypass access controls
spam, phish, impersonate, scrape unlawfully, or harass people
create malware, credential theft tools, or abusive automation
process data that you are not allowed to use
hide illegal activity or mislead users, customers, employees, other people, or authorities

9. Privacy

Talent Cluster handles personal information according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Talent Cluster is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or expected savings.

You are responsible for reviewing, approving, backing up, and supervising any workflow or configuration before relying on it in production or important business activity.

11. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on talent-cluster.com.
