Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
1. What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Talent Cluster handles information for talent-cluster.com and AI setup or integration services.
The service is designed around risk avoidance: collect as little as practical, avoid unnecessary secrets, and keep client accounts and data under client control.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as:
- name and contact details
- company or project context
- booking, contact form, or support messages
- billing information handled through a payment provider
- setup notes needed to understand the workflow you ask us to configure
Information from service sessions
During a setup session, you may show or grant access to your computer, browser, accounts, files, repositories, emails, documents, or automation tools.
The preferred approach is that you stay in control, enter credentials yourself, and share only the minimum information needed for the task.
Talent Cluster does not want to collect or store passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private keys, raw mailbox exports, confidential customer data, or unnecessary copies of your files.
Website and usage information
The website may collect basic technical information such as:
- IP address and device information
- browser type and version
- pages visited
- referrer information
- analytics events used to improve the website
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- respond to contact requests
- schedule and deliver setup sessions
- configure tools or workflows you request
- process payments
- document agreed setup steps
- improve the website and service
- comply with legal obligations
- protect against abuse, fraud, or security issues
4. Secrets and Sensitive Data
The safest secret is the one we never receive.
For passwords, API keys, tokens, recovery codes, and private keys:
- use your password manager, vendor dashboard, OAuth flow, or local environment whenever possible
- do not paste secrets into chat, email, documents, tickets, or repositories unless there is no safer alternative
- rotate or revoke shared secrets after the work when practical
- keep production secrets separate from test secrets
If sensitive data appears during a session, we use it only for the requested setup task and avoid copying it into notes, repositories, logs, or examples.
5. Client-Owned Accounts and Data
You own and control your accounts, files, prompts, workflows, source code, business data, and customer data.
Talent Cluster does not sell client data, train models on client data, or use client private data for unrelated work.
Any connectors to email, calendar, documents, code repositories, hosting, databases, automation tools, local AI tools, or hosted AI providers are configured only when you authorize them.
6. Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the website or service, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, monitoring, payments, calendar booking, or tools you ask us to connect.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity.
7. Third-Party Services
The website or setup service may involve third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Current or possible providers include:
- PostHog - website analytics
- Stripe - payment processing
- Maileroo - email delivery
- Render.com - website hosting
- BetterStack - monitoring
- Google services - booking, email, calendar, drive, documents, sheets, or slides when authorized
- GitHub - repositories and development workflows when authorized
- Supabase, Cloudflare, n8n, or other infrastructure tools when authorized
- Hosted AI providers or local AI tools when selected for a setup
8. Cookies and Analytics
The website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some website functionality may not work as expected if cookies are disabled.
9. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or legitimate business records.
Setup notes should avoid secrets and unnecessary private data. If you want specific notes or files removed, contact us and we will review the request.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, password managers, and separation of secrets from source code. No system is perfectly secure, so the service is designed to reduce what must be trusted or stored.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information.
To exercise privacy rights, use the contact form.
12. International Transfers
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards should apply through provider terms, data processing agreements, or similar mechanisms.
13. Children's Privacy
The service is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
